Trust Reformation and Decanting Update

Anna Soliman and Bryan Kirk of Fiduciary Trust International will review trust modification, reformation and decanting basics.  This presentation will also work through real-life examples and discuss legal and tax updates relating to the reforming, modifying and decanting a trust.  Specifically, this presentation will review the following:
